In this workshop, I’m going to share the exact practices that helped me stop running from fear and start working with it.
Through creative visualisation, EFT and journaling, you’ll learn how to:
Reframe fear as an ally instead of an enemy
Move through fear in real-time, instead of freezing or self-sabotaging
Turn fear into fuel for aligned action (without bypassing or pretending you’re “not scared”)
This isn’t about positive thinking or forcing yourself to “be fearless.”
It’s about befriending fear—so you can finally move forward with clarity, courage, and ease.
